4️- Token Sales, Trading, and Investments
All tokenized assets may constitute securities; transactions are subject to applicable laws.
Users acknowledge the risks of digital asset investments, including market volatility, loss of principal, hacking, or regulatory changes.
MONOLITH does not provide investment advice or recommendations; professional counsel is advised.
Token purchases are final unless required otherwise by law or regulatory authority.
Trading or transfer of tokens may be subject to lock-up periods or transfer restrictions for regulatory compliance.
5️- Intellectual Property Rights
MONOLITH owns or licenses all intellectual property on the platform, including software, designs, content, logos, and trademarks.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by MONOLITH.6️- Privacy and Data Protection

Users are responsible for securing their private keys and wallet access. MONOLITH is not liable for lost, stolen, or mismanaged private keys.
Digital assets involve high risk, including potential total loss.
Regulatory changes may affect your ability to hold, transfer, or trade tokens.
Users are responsible for understanding and complying with all local laws, tax obligations, and financial regulations.

MONOLITH may charge fees for token issuance, trading, custody, or other services.
Fees are displayed transparently in the platform and are subject to change with notice.
Users are responsible for any taxes, duties, or charges imposed by local authorities.

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
MONOLITH does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific investment outcomes.
We are not responsible for third-party platforms, exchanges, or blockchain networks.
11️- Limitation of Liability
MONOLITH and its affiliates, directors, and employees are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or digital assets.
Liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid to MONOLITH in the last 12 months.
